  • What If I Don't See a Customization Option
    If you are in the Custom Creations section and you do not see a particular option [Herb, Crystal, Oil, Candle Chunk color, Candle Color], then please message us before placing your order. There is a chance we do have that option its just in the 'coming soon' area and has not been added to the site under available yet. IF we do not have it. We can look into getting it.
  • Crystal Origins
    All of the crystals that we sell are sourced by our professional buyers. They have years of experience in locating and properly identifying these stones. Our buyers have been to the locations of our vendors and are able to question and identify the areas these crystals have been mined from.
  • Don't See A Product
    At this moment, everything shown is what is currently offered. But we are working hard to grow. If you have any suggestions or products you are looking for, please reach out to us!
  • How Do I Customize My Dressed Candle?
    Hello! And thank you for asking! Please Contact Us if you have any further questions. And if you don't see a Choice [Herb, Oil, Candle Chunk Color] please let us know, we will see if we can get it.
  • Gift Cards
    Not yet. But your support will allow us to be able to offer this as an option in the future.
  • Exchange and/or Return Policy
    Thank you for asking! If there are any issues, we ask that you message us immediately so we can get this sorted. At Blooms and Stones LLC, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately. If you would like to initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work with you on the issues and the best path to a Peaceful Ending. Items can be returned/exchanged minus the price of the return label. [If you are located near our office the ability to return or exchange without a return label is available!] Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the item is not in its original condition. ​ Before placing your return, check if your item is eligible for return, as some items may be final sale or subject to additional return restrictions.   • Do Prices include Taxes?
    Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) will be calculated on the total value of merchandise, as well as shipping charges, and will be displayed on your order Summary page.
  • Where Do I Redeem My Promo Code?
    Promo codes are redeemed in the Section under Items in Cart at Checkout: Enter your code at checkout exactly as it appears in the email, printed offer, or webpage. Click "Apply" and your discount will be detailed in the payment summary. Two promotional discount codes are allowed per order.
